AlphaSim, the Number¹ for Flight Sim Addons!

AlphaSim is run from its base in New Zealand. We are an international group of FS enthusiasts who are dedicated to the production of high-quality military aircraft add-ons for Microsoft FS2004® and FSX®. We continually strive to push the limits of what is achievable with the current technologies and are always keen to please the enthusiast, as our large collection of models demonstrates - many of our aircraft are the lesser-known types appreciated by true aviation afficionados. We formed in June 1999 and original website went live in 2000. Since then other developers have joined the original group and have become regular contributors. We welcome offers from like-minded, skilled modellers to contribute to our ever-growing collection.

Refunds Policy
If you have any technical issues, please contact us by the e-mail shown above and we will do our best to resolve your issues in very short order. If we cannot rectify the problem, or you are generally dissatisfied with the product, then we will issue a full refund. No action is required on your part to initiate a refund, this is carried out by ourselves, the credit will appear on your card statement.

Delivery
All of our products are delivered by download from this site. There are no CDs or documents which will be shipped through the post. The download passwords are presented on-screen upon acceptance of your order. The downloads are located in the 'Your Downloads' part of the AlphaSim website. The 'username' will always be the item number of the product. You can read about this and see example screenshots of the procedure in our 'Support' section. If there are any problems with password display or acceptance, please e-mail us.

Secure Server Facts
Neither AlphaSim nor our Payments Gateway Provider 'PayStation' ever see credit card numbers. These are passed in 128-bit encrypted form directly to your card issuer. Only your card issuer can approve or decline your transaction and, in the latter case, provide you with details as to why this has occurred.
