Q : What software do I need to use the models on your site ?
A : All our models are add-ons for the Microsoft Flight Simulator Series :
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 (also known as FS2004 or FS9)
Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 (also known as FS2002)
Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2 (also known as CFS2)
We also have a large selection of FREE aircraft models which will work in FS2002 and Combat Flight Simulator 2, although there are no panels or gauges with these models. Our Freeware models are available using the menu on the left and not through the Online Store.

Using the AlphaSim Online Store

In order to use the store, you will first be required to register a user account. This is a one-off requirement and all orders are then presented to you through your store account. Only your Name, Email address, and a Password are required. Please follow the guide below for more in-depth help.

Q : How do I register an account in able to use the AlphaSim Online Store?
Upon visiting the store you will be presented with the option of either logging in, or creating a new account. Follow the 'create account' link to register and be able to use the store. Once completed you may log in using your email address and password.

Q : How do I browse to find the products I wish to buy?
There are several ways in which you can browse our product catalogue. You can:
View our Bestsellers using the menu on the right hand side of the store.

Browse our most recent products using the menu at the bottom of the store, or by clicking the link on the left menu.

Browse our entire product catalogue, organised by nationality.

Q : How do I buy products?
After choosing the product you wish to purchase, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button. The item will then appear in your shopping cart.

You can buy as many products as you want at the same time. To proceed to the checkout, click the checkout button on the top right of the store.

You will then be presented with an option to choose your payment method. Select the method you wish to use and click the continue button. You will taken through to the payment processor of your choice. Upon completion please ensure you wait to be redirected back to the AlphaSim Online Store. There is a delay, so please be patient.

Q : How do I download products I bought?
After purchasing your product and returning to the store, please ensure you are logged in. Then proceed to the Downloads area by clicking the 'My Downloads' button located on the top of the store layout.

Please Note! If there are no orders visible when you view the 'My Downloads' page, do not panic. You *must* allow the system to return you to the 'merchant page' once the buying process is completed. Please email alphasim1@alphasim.co.uk if your order is missing.

Here you will be able to view your orders, arranged in order of date purchased. To view your downloads, click the 'view' button that corresponds to your order.

On this page you are presented with an overview of your purchases. At the bottom of the screen is a 'Download' button. Click this to continue to the product download screen.

Here you are presented with a username, password, and a download button. Upon clicking the 'Download' button you will be presented with a prompt.

Enter your username and password here to continue. Please ensure that your password is entered in CAPITALS. Passwords are case sensitive! You will now be able to download your product.
